The
architectural theme at Bachelor Gulch Village® is, in many ways,
inspired by the classic designs of the grand lodges throughout our country's
national parks such as Yosemite, Yellowstone, Grand Canyon and Glacier.
Built nearly 100 years ago, structures such as The Old Faithful Inn
in Yellowstone National Park were designed to exist in 
harmony
with their spectacular surroundings. Bachelor Gulch has successfully
become a resort community in harmony with nature, from home designs
to skier bridges. Capturing the essence of the surrounding mountain
forest, design aspects include forged iron, dry stacked rock, dormer
windows, log balconies, massive timers, and welcoming, covered porches.
